Community Housing Initiatives is a nonprofit community development partner to Iowa communities focused on providing housing solutions that make our communities great places to live for everyone.

We have developed and lease about 1,500 units of quality affordable rental housing that give our Iowa neighbors a safe, decent, and affordable place to live.
